Learn planting, cultivation and irrigation practices that help prevent garden pest by promoting natural controls. Learn how to tell the "good" bug" from "bad" bugs, so that you can promote the beneficials while controlling the pests. This class will teach how to tailor a pest management program to your needs, taking advantage of beneficial organisms and using organically acceptable and least-toxic methods.Offered through the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College Community Learning Program and taught by Tammy Tatum, UC Cooperative Extension certified Master Gardener.
