San Diego Home Gardening Seminar Registration Request
Saturday, March 27, 1999, 8am - 4pm
University City High School, 6949 Genesee Ave., San Diego
- Print out a copy of this form and fill it out completely (type, print, or write clearly). If you're having trouble printing, call (619) 694-2860 for a copy. Note: Each person must submit a separate registration request.
- Seminar registration and assignment of classes is on a first come, first served basis. To pre-register, each person must submit by March 16, 1999, a completed registration request with a check for $28.00 (or $35.00 if you wish to purchase lunch) made payable to Master Gardener Association.
- Send registration materials to: Home Gardening Seminar, UC Cooperative Extension, 5555 Overland Avenue, Bldg.4, San Diego, CA 92123 (Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm).
- A confirmation of your registration and class assignments will be sent to you before the seminar. Registration fees will only be refunded if a written request is received by March 9, 1998. The registration fee will be returned immediately if the seminar is full or if the registration request is not complete.
- Box lunches will be available for $7.00 each. All lunches include croissant sandwiches, potato salad, carrot & celery sticks, fruit, potato chips, large chocolate chip cookie, napkin & plastic utensils. Please mark your sandwich choice below.
