City Beautiful of San Diego

The purpose of City Beautiful of San Diego shall be to provide interchange of information between the extension of work of individuals or groups who have as their objectives: The study, investigation, development & carrying out of plans of improving the health, sanitation & cleanliness through beautification. Aiding in the prevention of fires, disease & other casualty by the removal and elimination of trash. Encouraging the placing, planting & preservation of trees, flowers, plants and other objects of ornamentation. Protecting song birds and wild fowl. Cooperating & advising with the recommending of plans to municipal agencies for beautification. Promoting public interest in the general improvement of the appearance of San Diego City & County.
